Mental Health Training
General Employee Mental Health Training educates employees of all levels around the fundamentals of mental health at work, how it impacts us, and how to recognize declining mental health in others. Building off of this foundation utilizing our self-paced Mental Health at Work 101 eCourse, employees will then have an opportunity to explore different mental health at work scenarios and build resilience strategies to meet their own individual needs, all within a peer learning environment.
What You’ll Learn
- Explore how mental health is a spectrum
- Identify the different stressors and components that may impact a person’s individual mental health system
- Assess potential indicators of a person experiencing a mental health challenge at work
- Utilize neutral language to hold conversations around mental health with peers
- Design self-resilience strategies for individual needs
